In many parts of the world, having an education is the difference between struggling to live day by day, and impacting a community and a nation for generations.
This rings true in Haiti more so than most nations. Limited access to quality education combined with poor health and income has earned Haiti a place as the lowest developed nation in the Western Hemisphere.
Together, we can help transform this situation for children in one of the most challenged communities in Haiti. Léogâne was the epicenter of the 2010 earthquake that rocked the nation and is the home of Grand Savann Christian School.
Grand Savann is making a difference in the lives of the children in this impoverished community. The 150 kids currently meeting in the repaired, but cramped church building are loved by dedicated teachers who work to change the kids’ lives and encourage their community.
